By using mybackhurts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Health and safety
mybackhurts provides general movement reminders and exercise guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Move within your comfort level, stop if you feel pain, and consult a qualified professional about any health concern. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is suitable for you.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use mybackhurts on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules.
Supporter purchases
Supporter unlocks and tips are one-time purchases processed by Apple. They do not create a subscription. Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms, payment rules, and refund processes.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but provide it on an “as is” basis and do not promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
